Add salt to taste and simmer until everything is cooked.

Serve often and allow your small intestine to heal. A healthy small intestine allows small particles to move through into the blood stream. An unhealthy small intestine allows larger particles which attract the attention of your immune system and create an allergic response. This allergic response can be anywhere in the body and if it is the brain that inflames, our body presents with some interesting symptoms.
