Healthy Lemon Cordial

2 Cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cups of xylitol

2 cups of water

Fruit Smoothies with yoghurt and almond/goat milk nb the seeds of fruit have evolved with humans so that any seeds digested go through the intestinal tract ( not absorbed into the blood stream).

Warm Carob Drink

Mix together in your cup
I teaspoon unsweetened carob powder
1/2 teaspoon xylitol
1 teaspoon powdered goats milk

Add hot water, stir and cool or add cold water for your preferred drinking temperature.

Pumpkin Soup
if possible use organic produce, if not available rinse vegetables with a water/vinegar mix to reduce pesticide contamination.

6 chicken legs or thighs…… we need the bones here to add to the healing power of the soup
1/3 pumpkin diced … I like butternut for ease of cutting
2 carrots diced
water to cover
Himalayan salt to taste

Gently brown chicken,
Add pumpkin and carrots.
cover with water and bring to boil.
Add salt to taste and simmer until everything is cooked.
Add parsley

Serve often and allow your small intestine to heal. A healthy small intestine allows small particles to move through into the blood stream. An unhealthy small intestine allows larger particles which attract the attention of your immune system and create an allergic response. This allergic response can be anywhere in the body and if it is the brain that inflames, our body presents with some interesting symptoms.
